Many credit Beats n Pieces as the first BigBeat record - the original 1987 Beats n Pieces version was my first introduction to Coldcut and subsequently, into the world of Ninja Tune's music. Coldcut & Ninja Tune's music constantly evolves, adding new styles and refines the old, and reinvents itself over and over again. Most recently, they have introduced groundbreaking Ninja Jamm and JAMM Pro (Music remixing and performing app) that refined how music could be consumed.

As far as this version goes, I reinterpret it and made it as a tool for my own DJ sets. Now, I'm sharing it in celebration of JAMM Pro's successful launch and almost 3 decades of Ninja Tune, since 1991.
